Firefox has an addon which spell checks form input.
And Blogger now has a spelling-checker tool for new posts, although I don't think that it has one for comments. It's always possible to use a word-processing program (Microsoft Word, etc.) for checking spelling: Copy your blog post or comment and paste it into your word-processing program (or compose it there in the first place), and then run the program's spelling checker. Don't bother with Word's grammar checker; it's useless.
