With all the news lately about Hurricane Katrina, we shouldn't forget that Houston, Texas, has had its share of devastating weather also.

Yes, Anon, you win the grand prize. It is a joke, one that seemed appropriate after the dramatic exodus from hell that turned out to be unneeded.
But the exodus was one helluva dry run for the next big storm! In spite of the many problems, I bet many in Houston are glad to know what to expect and how to plan better!
