We make chili and freeze it (everything home grown except the beef) – and we like to put a variety of beans in soups. Did you know a beans and corn combo form a complete protein? I love beans – and they’re really cool to handle as well; the way they slide through your fingers like marbles. That book sounds like fun. Please post info on when it’s coming out.
